Parker Bestobell showcases high pressure valves at Gastech 2015

Hall 3, Booth D232

Sheffield, UK, 20 October 2015 — Parker, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has announced it will be exhibiting at Gastech 2015, the world’s leading natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) conference and exhibition.

Gastech 2015 will be held in Singapore between 27th to 30th October and will see Parker Bestobell showcasing for the first time its innovative new range of high pressure marine valves for fuel gas systems. The company’s sales team will also be on hand to discuss any product or technical queries relating to valve technology for a variety of natural gas and LNG applications.

The exhibition is part of the company’s strategy to increase its international markets even further for its high pressure globe and check valves, which have recently been supplied to a number of vessels internationally that are amongst the first to use LNG within their fuel gas systems.

Duncan Gaskin, Sales Director for Parker Bestobell Valves, said: “We’re really excited to be exhibiting at Gastech again. It’s a great opportunity for us to showcase our innovative new range of high pressure valves for marine vessels and for us to network and develop new business opportunities around the world.”

This year’s exhibition is the 43rd Gastech, which is held every 18 months in a different international location. The exhibition offers energy professionals working in the natural gas and LNG industries the chance to share expertise, negotiate directly with suppliers, discuss the latest advances in LNG technology and find solutions that are right for their business.

Parker Bestobell is a world-leader in the manufacture of cryogenic valves, with over 50 years’ industrial gas experience and 15 years’ successfully supplying to LNG marine markets.

The company’s valve technologies are widely used on LNG Carriers, FLNG (Floating Production & Storage Units) and FSRUs (Floating, Storage & Re-gasification Units). The company designs and produces valves to meet specific requirements in the marine sector and has supplied cryogenic valves to a majority of the major shipyards building LNG Carriers.
